Sugar Free Lifestyle Adventures is excited to introduce its Diabetic Educational Workshops, conducted by certified diabetic educator Ruth A. Marcus, Registered Dietitian. The purpose of our Workshops is to promote healthy diabetic lifestyles, providing members with tools that will improve their lives and create new opportunities. Workshops cover topics such as Eating and Diabetes; Factors Affecting Blood Sugar; Emotions and Diabetes; Traveling with Diabetes and much more. Members are encouraged to share their stories, learn from one another and take home invaluable new techniques to live life to its fullest.
Owned and operated by people with diabetes, we at Sugar Free Lifestyle Adventures are committed to improving people's lives. Founder David S. Levin was diagnosed with Type II diabetes in 2005 and has since lowered his sugar levels to that of a healthy, non-diabetic through exercise, diet and a new way of life. David and his team create inclusive, escorted tours, with great guides, luxury motorcoaches, first class and deluxe hotels, and gourmet diabetic cuisine.
