I try to teach women to focus on improvements in health such as reduced stress, feeling stronger, changes in clothing sizes, being consistent with activity and beginning to enjoy physical activity. This group is for anyone challenged with chronic illness (Fibromyalgia, CFS, Lupus, Arthritis, Diabetes or any other life changing disorder) who wish to be part of a supportive community. The ultimate goal of the group is to work towards creating positive solutions to deal with issues common to individuals with chronic health concerns. Members of the group are encouraged to maintain an attitude of hope and positivity. The group is member driven with minimal facilitation by a Life Coach.
